Do I need to register to place an order?

We recommend registering with us to place your orders seamlessly. Once registered, you can easily check your order status, manage your account, and get access to special promotional offers and the latest in-store. You will also have the option to save your address and card details for a speedy checkout.

To register, simply click on 'SIGN IN' and then 'REGISTER NOW' to fill in your details.
You’re also welcome to check out as a guest or log in through Facebook or Google.

How can I change my personal details or shipping address?

Log on to our website and click on ‘My Account’ to change your personal details or shipping address.

How do I purchase an item or several items at NEZO?

It’s easy and breezy, click on the items you’re interested in purchasing, add them to your shopping bag, and proceed to check out. An email and text message will be sent to your registered email address and phone number to verify your purchase from NEZO.

Where can I find size and fit advice?

For all sizing queries, please view our size conversion chart available for each of our items on our website. All product sizes are mentioned as per the standard sizing chart used by designers.

I need help deciding what to buy. Can I speak to a stylist?

We are happy to connect you with our in-house stylist to help you with all your styling related queries and looks. I liked an outfit at the NEZO store but it is not available/sold out/ out of stock online.

Please send us an email regarding the garment that you are keen on purchasing at customercare@nezo.in and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Are the colors shown on the website accurate to the garments?

We strive to display the colors as accurately as possible to the garment. However, there can be slight variations when viewed on an electronic device or on hand-embroidered garments.

How long will delivery take from the time I place my order?

An estimated delivery time for each item is mentioned on every product page. Please check the delivery time while you proceed to checkout, as each item varies.
Once the product is dispatched, delivery to metro cities takes 2-3 working days and non-metro cities will take 5-7 working days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package. You can follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

We do not accept any cancellations for ready to ship items.
For Made-To-Measure orders you have an option to cancel your order only within 24 hours of placing the order.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Orders once placed cannot be amended. For more information on returns and exchange please view our Returns and Exchange section.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

You may notify us within 24 hours of the address change by email at customercare@nezo.in. Please note, addresses cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched.

I have not received all items that I have purchased. When will it be delivered?

If you have purchased multiple items, there is a fair chance that the items will get dispatched on separate days. View ‘Track my orders ’to know the status of each of your items.

Do I need to sign for my order upon delivery?

Due to the high value of the goods we retail, we request you to place your signature against your order once the items have been delivered successfully to your address.

What are the payment methods you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit and debit cards, UPI payments and Net Banking are other payment options.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges will be displayed at the time of checkout.

Is my packaging insured?

All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage in transit from NEZO to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for, at your specified address, it is no longer covered.

My item has arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

At NEZO, we ensure that your order is packed and delivered with the utmost care, however in any circumstances if you receive a product in a damaged condition email us at customercare@nezo.in with the picture of the order received and your order number within 24 hours and we will guide you on the next steps.

How do I know that the products you sell are authentic?

We are an authorized online store/distributor for the designers featured on our website, and we sell only authentic designer wear that our merchandisers have hand-picked.

Do you offer to ship outside India?

We currently only offer to ship across all cities in India.

Can it be possible to make a custom fitting garment?

We offer custom fitting for selective pieces in terms of fit, color etc. You can click on the link next to the product if you wish to customize it.

What if I am not available when you deliver the merchandise?

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier company will re-attempt to deliver your order the next day. A maximum of 3 attempts will be made after which the item will be sent back to NEZO.
