Made-to-Order: As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch/production, we allow cancellations only within 24 hours of placing the order for Made-To-Measure orders. To cancel your order please write to us at customercare@nezo.in with your order details. Our Customer Care executive will get in touch with you to understand the reason for the cancellation and will also confirm the cancellation for you.

You will receive a refund through your original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 7- 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Please be advised that some orders are shipped almost immediately, and it may not always be possible to cancel.
